Terms & Conditions – 56bt: Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, registering an account, or using any 56bt service — whether Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, Blackjack, volleyball, or any other product available on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must refrain from using the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 56bt (the "Platform"). By clicking "Sign Up" or "I Agree" at any stage of the registration process, you expressly confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept this agreement and that the information provided is accurate.

To create an account with 56bt, you must meet all of the following requirements, without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age verified;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be located in Brazilian territory at the time of access;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion on 56bt or any other betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of anyone with privileged access to platform information.

Only one account per individual is permitted. Using another person's details — including name, CPF, or bank information that does not belong to the account holder — is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, with any pending balance potentially held pending investigation.

56bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer process) at any time, particularly for the release of withdrawals. Documents typically requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last three months, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 56bt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account settings. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether the action was taken by you or a third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 56bt support team immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day. The platform will take the appropriate steps to investigate and, if necessary, temporarily suspend the account to protect the user.

56bt does not allow accounts to be transferred, sold, or lent between users. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The balance held in an account cannot be transferred to another account on the platform, except upon a specific request validated by the finance team.

56bt accepts deposits exclusively through the following Brazilian payment methods, all processed in BRL (R$):

• Pix — recommended method; credited in up to 60 seconds, available 24 hours a day, every day;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of 1 to 3 business days;
• Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — immediate credit subject to issuer approval;
• PicPay — instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no globally defined maximum deposit amount; however, individual limits may be applied based on account history and internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be rejected and the amount returned to the sender after review, a process that may take up to 5 business days. 56bt does not accept cash deposits or any payment method not listed above.

Withdrawals are processed preferably via Pix within 60 minutes of request approval. For TED bank transfer withdrawals, processing may take up to 1 business day. The withdrawal method available to each user is determined by the deposit method used and completion of the KYC verification process.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

1. Have completed the identity verification process (KYC);
2. Have completed the rollover requirement for any bonus currently active on the account;
3. Have made at least one deposit using the same method through which you wish to withdraw;
4. Have no pending security investigation or suspected misuse.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30,00. 56bt may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations established by the Central Bank of Brazil and applicable legislation.

56bt offers periodic bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the offer page, which should be read before participating. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• Bonuses have a set expiration date — any unused bonus balance that is not wagered within the established period will be automatically cancelled;
• Not all games contribute equally toward completing the rollover — please check the contribution table for the relevant promotion;
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly take part in the same promotion is strictly prohibited;
• 56bt reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of misuse, including placing bets on both sides of the same event to artificially meet rollover requirements (bonus arbitrage).

The 200% welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only, with a 5x rollover on the bonus amount. Any free spins granted are subject to rollover requirements as specified in the corresponding promotion.

Sports Betting at 56bt covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the user, unless the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market;
• Bets placed on events that are abandoned, postponed, or canceled will be voided and the amount returned to the user's balance, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, 56bt reserves the right to void bets placed at the wrong odds and refund the staked amount;
• Live bets are subject to instant approval and may be refused or have their value reduced during periods of high in-game volatility;
• Arbitrage betting (placing simultaneous bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome) is prohibited and may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.

Odds are set by the 56bt trading team and may be updated at any time before an event begins. The valid odd is the one displayed at the moment the user confirms the bet.

The casino games available at 56bt — including slots, live casino (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, game shows), crash games, and blackjack — are provided by certified third-party suppliers and audited by independent laboratories. Results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or by real physical equipment in the case of the live casino, ensuring randomness and fairness.

The use of automation software (bots), computer-assisted card counting systems, bug exploitation, or any method not permitted under the game rules to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If any of these practices are detected, the affected bets will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed within the game interface itself or in the title's information section. RTP values are theoretical, based on long-term simulations, and do not guarantee individual results in any specific gaming session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 56bt and may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, without prejudice to any applicable legal action:

• Creating more than one account per individual (duplicate accounts);
• Using false or third-party identity details during registration;
• Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Using the platform for purposes other than those expressly permitted under these Terms;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system failures to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or markets;
• Placing bets on events for which you hold non-public privileged information (match fixing);
• Making threats, insults, or harassment toward support staff or other users on platform channels.

If prohibited conduct is suspected, 56bt may temporarily hold the account balance during the investigation period, which may last up to 30 business days. The user will be notified and will have the right to contest the decision through the support channel.

The processing of 56bt users' personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, and improve the user experience.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. Information is shared only in the following situations: (a) with service providers directly involved in operating the platform (such as payment processors and game providers), under a confidentiality agreement; (b) when required by a competent public authority or court order; (c) with your explicit consent.

56bt is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered users, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, and monthly, set by the user themselves;
• Loss limit: per session or period;
• Session time limit: with an alert when the limit is reached;
• Temporary break: from 24 hours to 6 months without account access;
• Permanent self-exclusion: voluntary closure with permanent account block.

Once set, deposit and loss limits can only be reduced immediately. Limit increases go through a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

56bt may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or platform misuse;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Voluntary request by the user themselves (self-exclusion or account closure);
• Order from a competent authority or legal obligation.

In the event of closure due to a violation, any remaining balance will be subject to investigation before a possible refund, which may be withheld if irregular activity is confirmed. The user will be notified of the reason for closure to the extent that doing so does not compromise the ongoing investigation.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. Any available balance will be returned via Pix or the deposit method used, subject to the withdrawal conditions described in Section 5.

56bt strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. 56bt is not liable for:

• User-side internet connection failures that result in interrupted game sessions or the inability to place bets;
• Losses resulting from the user's own gambling decisions;
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages exceeding the balance deposited in the account at the time of the event;
• Actions by unauthorized third parties who access the user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

56bt's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the date of the event giving rise to the claim.

56bt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that directly affect the rights or obligations of the user — will be communicated via the registered email address and/or through a visible notification on the account dashboard at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions will be interpreted as tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request the withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment sector in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through platform support will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
